The best methods of teeth whitening are trays which are placed in the mouth like a mouth piece or retainers. You don’t have to worry about the gel coming off because it stays on all the time.
Some teeth whitening trays contain the right amount of gel in each tray so you don’t using too much. Hydrogen peroxide is highly corrosive and using too much could damage your tooth enamel.
